When you receive my paperwork from the retailer do you call me and book the job?

When a booking is required for a service truck or our metering section, we will call you to arrange the time.

How quickly can you complete the job?

Your supply will be connected within 10 business days from receiving all the paperwork from the retailer.

Can we do the job after hours if we need to?

Yes, if we can get an after hours crew.  After hours costs will apply.

What are the costs for after hour work?

All fees are listed on the Web Site under CitiPower Network Charges or Powercor Network Charges.

Can I meet a CTA on site to discuss any SIR requirements?

Yes, a CTA can meet you on site to discuss the work which needs to be completed. You can either email your request to us or phone the dedicated phone lines.

My inspector said:”….”

Your Inspector works for you. There may be requirements of the Distribution Company that he is not aware of.

How do I get an underground connected to my place?  Who does it and how quickly can the works be completed?

A CTA will meet you on site and go through the procedure.

How much power can I have to my premises, how do I apply for it and how long does it take before I get an answer?

You can send a letter and or email us with all the information regarding your power supply requirements. Our Project Managers will contact you about your requirements. Your answer normally takes up to 4 weeks

After the meter is supplied, when is my power supply connected?

Power Supply will normally be connected within 48 hours or at an arranged time.
