CitiPower and Powercor Australia is committed to keeping stakeholders informed about our objectives, strategies and performance. We produced Annual Reports, each year until 2009, containing our audited financial statements, annual operational performance results.

We also produced separate Sustainability Reports each year until 2009, providing a good indicator of our performance through the inclusion of hard data and trends across the key areas of sustainability – corporate governance, stakeholder management, and economic, environmental and social performance

Our business's 2005 and 2008 Sustainability Reports were awarded the Energy Supply Association of Australia’s (esaa) Sustainability Report Award

The 2009 CitiPower and Powercor Annual Report incorporates the award winning Sustainabaility Report. It presents not only our financial performance and operational acheivements, but also reports across a number of key sustainabililty measures associated with our four stakeholder groups: customers, community, employees and shareholders. The 2010 Annual Report will be available in May 2011.

Our Customer Charters were developed through extensive consultation with customers and other stakeholders, and explains in simple terms your rights, entitlements and obligations as an electricity distribution customer in Victoria. Our Customer Guides complement the Charter and contain practical information to help you manage your electricity supply.
